As a current senior at the University of Minnesota Duluth, I am concerned about the job market when I graduate. Getting a job out of college is ideal for many, if not all students. That is why I am supporting Senator Tom Bakk in the race for governor. Senator Bakk understands the need to create more jobs to get the economy moving again. He is willing to make investments to help businesses expand and hire. As governor, Bakk would provide jobs to help unemployed Minnesotans through public investment, jobs to get our economy moving again through incentives, and jobs to fix our budget deficit by making Minnesota a business-friendly state. Tom Bakk is running for governor in the 2010 election, because the main focus is to create jobs and he has the experience and capabilities to get Minnesotans working again. As a UMD senior I will be voting for Bakk, because I know that job security is my number one priority, as well as his.
