Duluth police are notifying Duluth residents that two level III child predators are moving within the city.
Logan A. Mattson, 29, is now living on the 100 block of North 19th Avenue West in Duluth. Dennis J. Armstrong, 37, is now living on England Avenue in the Riverside Neighborhood, according to a Duluth Police Department press release.
According to police, Mattson has a history of sexual contact with females ages 5 to 11. The contact has included penetration. Mattson knew the victims.
The other level II offender, Armstrong, has a history of sexual contact with male and female victims ages 5 to 7 who were known to him. The contact included penetration.
Both men have completed a term in prison and are not wanted by police.
