5. Last Friday at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, a new world record was set; 20,000 fans attending the Cavaliers versus Pistons game were given their very own Snuggie. With a Guinness Book of World Records official on hand, a new record was set for the largest gathering of people wearing fleece blankets. Maybe the Timberwolves should take notes, because if Snuggies are getting handed out, I might actually consider going to a game.

4. Continuing the countdown to the 2010 season, the Twins have made some changes to their uniforms. The road jerseys from years past are gone and are being replaced by solid gray jerseys and pants with "Minnesota" written across the chest in old-school cursive lettering. They will be keeping the primary home jerseys, but every Saturday home game will feature uniforms that commemorate the 1961 Twins team. The jerseys will be an off-white color, with "Twins" on the chest, again written in old-school cursive. They look similar to the throwback uniforms from last year which were modeled after the 1982 Twins team, but with a few aesthetic changes. To see the new uniforms modeled by Denard Span and Scott Baker, check out the video on twinsbaseball.com.

3. Despite all that has happened in the Tiger Woods saga, video game enthusiasts will be happy to know that EA Sports will be releasing Tiger Woods 2011 in the early summer. While they haven't released any details, I can only imagine that Jesper Parnevik won't be making an appearance in the game. If you don't remember, Parnevik is known for his combinations of pastel-colored pants, argyle sweaters and hats with the bill flipped up. He was also the one who introduced Woods to his nanny Elin Nordegren, who Woods soon married. After Woods' incident following Thanksgiving, Parnevik came out saying he thought "[Woods] was a better guy than he is," and that next time he hopes Elin "uses a driver… instead of a 3-iron." Those are pretty strong words from a guy with the fashion sense of a color-blind high school girl.
