Blasters are ready for the beach

Two-a-day workouts, healthy nutrition and proper sleep have left the Spring Break Blasters feeling rather sore, yet toned up and ready for Spring Break 2010. Here's what some of them had to say:

"I've tried to have better eating habits than normal this past week, including more veggies and salad, and I've tried to avoid ordering out and snacking,"
-Jessica Grover

"I became much more conscious about what I was eating and if it was going to be healthy or not, because I didn't want all this exercise to go to waste by eating crappy food. It helped me think twice before reaching for a pop or juice,"

"I am extremely proud to have done this program. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, and it makes you feel good when you accomplish goals you set for yourself,"
-Samantha Klein

"I've made a point to drink a ton of water,"
-Lisa Paulson

"My body has really thanked me for all the hard work I've done thus far, and I'm really happy with the way my muscles are becoming more toned and fit all around,"
-Shannon Rudesill

"My armpits were sore from doing push-ups, and my butt from all the squats,"
